Our client is a technology-driven medical and industrial gas company in the US that utilizes a network business model to manage the gas supply chain.
The process of generating Daily order processing statistics was manual. The Client’s IT Team pulled data on a daily basis and created reports which consumed a lot of time and effort. The team used to share Excel reports via email to their internal team to see high level status related to their customers. In the absence of the IT resource, the team was unable to see reports.
We have automated their manual report by creating a Dashboard that represents data in the form of graphs against the different KPIs. Further, we have extended the report functionality by adding the following on the Dashboard:
